Residential unit sales soar 22% over July 2006 and the record pace for yearly residential sales continues.
- The area covered by the Greater Moncton Real Estate Board area continues to be the most active real estate market in New Brunswick.
- Year to date unit sales are up 12.6% over 2006.
- Roughly one out of six of the 1,770 residential sales year to date were new construction and of these new construction houses, roughly half were semi-detached.
- In same period in 2006, new construction represented roughly one out of eight unit sales and roughly half were semi-detached.
- Active residential listings at the end of July 2007 were down 2% from July 2006.
