Under contract in 90 days.  That's the guarantee I'm about to give you.  Yes, it sounds too good to be true, however, I promise to get your home under contract in 90 days or I will sell it for FREE!  If any other agent can't say that, then we need to talk.  

Now I know what you're thinking: "there's a catch."  Well, you're right, sort of.  If you want your home under contract in 90 days there are going to have to be a few things we're going to work together as a team.

First thing's first, I want you to know, it's all about you.  Getting your home under contract in 90 days means we are going to have to make it a win win for you.  If not, there's no deal. 

There is a lot of details to be handled to get your home under contract in 90 days!  It's my job to streamline the home sale process for you, ensuring everything is completed as quickly and efficiently as possible. We have to prepare for the sale, market your home, have open communication with one another and coordinate the sale. When all these things come together, we are able to get your home under contract in 90 days. 


So, how are we going to do that.  First, we are going to agree to a price that will cause your home to sell.  I will not take an over priced listing.  Overpriced homes do not sell and I wouldn't want to waste your time.  It's not fair to you.  So, we need to be in agreement. 

Secondly, we are going to have a physical inspection done on your home.  Why?? This tells the buyer upfront what issues could arise with the home.  We will also make sure your home is free of any clutter and is kept CLEAN.  We want to make a good impression.  No dirty socks and underwear left on the floor.  Also, we need to make sure the home is accessable so a lockbox is mandatory.  

Lastly, since we've agreeed on a price to cause it to sell, you will be required to accept an offer within 5% of the list price.  

If we get no activity on the home then, you will owe me nothing.  You will still be required to pay the buyer's agent a commission but I will do my end of the deal for FREE!
