One of the services I provide to out of state property owners is to shoot a video of the exterior and interior of their property and email it to them. This gives them valuable information on the condition of their property. I also like to shoot repair items, such as damage to the exterior, so they can see exactly what needs to be repaired. I match this up with multiple bids so it it is almost like they would be here doing the work themselves.
Here is a video I shot for an out of state owner from California who just happened to be in Australia as he is each winter running his bed and breakfast during their summer season. This is not some big production but an ad lib thing that hopefully gets the point across.
