It sounds tempting. I considered this awhile ago and discarded it but may have to give it a second look.

I gave your free trial a spin and LOVED IT!  I build websites, infact, built the websites of my past agencies, but I really loved the comprehensive nature of the service you provide.

Your organization offers a terrific product that I would recommend to all agents looking to enhance their online image.

You are offering a veritable one stop shop for online representation, Payman. I can't wait for your upcoming launch!

I signed up for the service a few months back after reading this blog. The website provided is better than most other templates, but I am very anxious for the frame-less IDX and full customization to come out. Any idea when its going to be upgraded?

This looks like a great product!  I would enjoy learning more about it and spreading the good word to agents in the Mid-Willamette Valley of Oregon.  Are you available and connected with WVMLS in Oregon?

I love the IDX and especially RealtySoft.com IDX, Property Demographics View .... when I looked into HAR (Houston) I was told this had to go through my broker, which is not going to happen.  Please let me know when things change here in my market!  thanks .. pippa

But Nestor is a broker and we have our own office- we get an raw data feed from our state board - can we give you the raw feed and you place it in our idx for realtysoft? Katerina

Peyman, I have two questions that stem from the comments that I've seen here:

One, is the new system ready for launch today? I was under the impression that today was the day...

Two, a ProIDX solution that isn't framed? Please explain in more detail, and how much will it cost us if we want it...

What is the difference between the broker and the agent sites other than the broker site has a tab for a list of the agents in our office?

Adam & Sheri -> We will do a much better job of communicating updates in the new website. Please be patient with us and you won't regret it.

Beth -> Yes, you will be able to trigger sign up after X searches or after X property views. Control what fields are displayed is not supported. You can do custom searches and display them on your website (e.g. Temecula properties between 1-2 Million that have keyword horse in their remarks).

Malik -> Thanks for your support! Its great having you as a client.

Steve -> Are you good to go? Did someone contact you?

Alex -> It is a great product, you will love it!

Cliff -> We won't have any promo codes however existing clients are grand fathered.

Joel -> Thanks for your support. No you don't need to purchase a separate CRM or drip, it will come with it!

Dawn -> Yes, we have user guides and other types of help.

Mike -> We do have school data, demographic and POI information as well as comparables, sales trends and more!

Adam -> We will be announcing it shortly! Stay tuned!

Fernando -> Using the new version of RealtySoft you can create niche real estate websites for a specific city / zip / neighborhood. These websites are populated with listings and content from those niche markets. Once you get a new lead from one of the forms placed on your website you may choose to ACCEPT / DELETE / MERGE that lead. If you click on ACCEPT LEAD you will select the type of lead based on whatever criteria that works for you (In your case you might have Buyer Short Sale or Buyer Foreclosure as your contact types). As soon as you select the Buyer Short Sale type for this lead and click ACCEPT LEAD a short sale campaign will trigger and x amount of emails will be scheduled. You could customize your site and pages and include videos or any other type of content on it.

IDX pages (property pages) on our websites look something like this: http://www.yourdomain.com/ACADIANA/LA/City/Lafayette/Type/Residential/MLSNO-L09204974/103-WATERFORD-DR-Lafayette-LA-70503/01001,325

I hope this answers most of your questions!

Rebecca -> Please check us out, you won't regret it!

Richard -> Welcome aboard. You will love the new system.

Rosi -> We don't have your MLS available but we will work with you to integrate it.

Pippa -> Thanks you will hear from us shortly.

Peter & Linda -> We do have coverage in Ontario and Alberta and Quebec. We will be glad to work with you and integrate BC as well!

Lori -> Soooooooooon :)

Mahesh -> ActiveRain is great isn't it?!

Nestor and Katerina -> It was great doing the demo for you guys today. I hope you liked it!

William -> ProIDX is integrated into your website which means all listings will get indexed by Google and other search engines. You could expect a lot more traffic as a result of this.

All in one is what is needed. Most brokers have a site that shines in this, this and this department but lacks this, this and this application to make it one stop, all the media streams, maps, links harnessed her. Toggle this, click that. To many web designers can make it cook cutter same, or pretty pretty but where's the beef on many that don't understand real estate or have any work for brokers in their portfolio. Real estate is a difference beast than a flower shop, funeral home, lawyers office website needs.

Ok, Peyman, we are now 6 days in from the 2nd delayed launch of the new and improved RealtySoft program....getting very aggravated....not something you want from any of your many customers...how much longer will this upgrade take???

Peyman,

I previously worked in IT and I know how difficult a significant upgrade can be.  Wish you would consider over delivering and under promising.  I am just really frustrated by the lack of communication.  As your valued clients, please just tell us what is going on.  You have a good product now, but the improvements have us all anxious.

We obviously have been willing to wait and are not fleeing.  So, give us some info, please!

Peyman,

I've been hearing about these updates since I first joined Realty Soft in February and get the same story about the updates being rolled out next week.  I was told by your support group we'd be receiving e-mails this past week to approve what our new site will look like which never came, not to my surprise at this point..  What is going on??!!
