Sorry if this should have been posted differently but I wasn't sure where exactly to put it.....
I have a client who owns roughly $12mil in assorted properties, they are mainly residential with a commercial/mixed use thrown in for good measure. All together she owes approx $6.5 mil on everything combined and was wondering if there is possibly some type of loan out there that would group all her properties into one mortgage. All but 2 of the properties are located in Florida.... can anyone provide any info on which direction I should take with this?
