Year to date residential sales are up roughly 200 units in total for all of Westmorland, Albert and Kent counties and Moncton city accounts for 75% of these (149 units).

Year to date unit sales are up in all areas of the city.

The YTD average sale price advanced in all areas of the city.

Almost one in four (22.8) % of these residential sales YTD have been new construction!
