Ok for you sellers and buyers here I am. I'm waiting for your call my business cards are in my pocket and I'm at a cubicle or desk waiting...waiting...waiting. Sadly that is how some agents act or expect sellers and buyers to bust down the door wanting them to either list their home or buyers wanting to buy a home. How sad not only for the agent but the broker he or she is working for did I say working I'm so sorry... It's a great day to buy or sell a home.

James. So true. This is one of the reason why I have never worked in a real estate office. I feel with so many agents sitting around waiting it must really be a difficult environment for someone that actually works for aliving.
Nice post James. Very funny. Back in the day I thought this is what we were suppost to do! LOL!
It's tough for some when first getting started. I though I could sit there and the phones would ring and I would sell a ton! Lucky for me I learned that was not the case and I got up off my butt and made things happen.
