Your TRUE No Closing Cost Lender
Have Questions About Applying for a Mortgage?
When the time comes to buy your first home in Michigan, it makes sense that you're going to have a lot of questions.
There are the obvious, doubting questions like "are we really ready to commit to this," and "can we really afford to buy a home of our own?" Questions that are similar to these include "Shouldn't we look at the school systems in the area even though we don't have kids because, well, we might someday," and thoughts about how many bedrooms you really might need.
But many of those questions are born from the excitement of having a home of your own. They lead to questions that are a bit more frightening. "Is our credit good enough to get a great rate on a Michigan mortgage?" "Do we need a pre-approval before we start talking with a realtor?"
Fortunately, these questions about a Michigan mortgage are easier to answer because you don't need to answer them for yourselves. Don't let your doubts stop you from living your dreams - especially dreams of home ownership. Don't let the questions overwhelm you, simply get the answers you need. Contact a mortgage specialist or realtor who can help assist you.
