Yolanda! Beautiful Victorian Home! I live in Arizona and am surrounded by stucco, but have renovated my home in a Victorian/cottage beach style and my neighbors think it is pretty fantastic. The kids in the neighborhood think its like a "doll house" and my appraiser went nuts for it! So, its funny, what is common appearance in your neck of the woods is celebrated and rare in mine! LOL! Yolanda, that is one fabulous home!  I hope it does sell on Sunday for you.  If it doesn't sell - you might want to consider having the client do some pre-packing.  I'm honestly not trying to be rude - but all of their treasures detract from the architectural features.  I can't believe the price of the home.  Here in Calgary, an average house (which is a far cry from that beautiful property) is now over $400 000 dollars.  Yikes!  Betty

I just love old Victorian homes and if I ever get to the chance where I can own 50 acres, I'm going to get some blue prints for some of these older homes and have me one built! Where I want to live, they just don't have acreage and homes like these!
