Centennial Condos Sold average $/SqFt – $ 97.72

Centennial Condos Sold average days on market – 174

Low Sold Price – $ 83,000

High Sold Price – $ 300,000

 

 This market is seeing sales in 2010 and with no condos on the market,

it is difficult to say how long before a new listing would sell, most

likely quickly, if priced correctly. 

The average sold price is slightly lower than it was last year but the one

obviously distressed sale brings the averages down.
