Bank was Colonial Savings. Good bank to work with-I had approval in 45 days. But I have another one with them and this time appraiser appraised propertyright at asking price( sold one was appraised at $10,000 below selling price). Colonials negotiator is telling me that bank needs to NET 92% of the appraised value. So they will pay commission, Title, Doc Stamps but no liens ( taxes, etc). That is first time I dealt with bank so firm on what they need to net.
