Bucks County,Pa Residential activity since April 30,2010.

I was curious to see the effects of the tax credit deadline for home buyers and looked up the mls for homes pending settlement since April 30,2010.

I looked at resdidential listings  priced upto $999,000

Just 22 homes went under contract between May 1st and May 6th (this morning)  in entire Bucks County.(based on information in mls) Things may change by the end of the day.Hopefully there will be more.

There are 35 withdrawn listings in Bucks County since April 30th. in the same price range.

There are 3501 active  residential listings and 1152  residential listings pending settlement at this time in the price range.
