With the home buyer tax credit expiring, April turned out to be a very good month for Worthington home sales. 26 houses sold in Worthington in April at an average sales price of $228,082, which comes out to $122.49 per square foot. Home owners received an average of 98% of their asking price and homes were on the market for approximately two months.
