Maplebrook: Naperville Pool Neighborhood
This post in my series of Naperville Pool Neighborhoods features Maplebrook; Maplebrook is a subdivison that is broken up into three sections. The sections of the neighborhood include Maplebrook I, Maplebrook II and Maplebrook South. The Maplebrook area is special in that it has not one, but two pools - Maplebrook I & Maplebrook II Pools. A sense of pride is shown by residents in their well kept yards, which makes the community warm and inviting.
Residents of Maplebrook enjoy the convenient location that is close to Downtown Naperville and Naperville Plaza. Where residents can enjoy a fun filled day of shopping and dining. For active families, Maplebrook is adjacent to a bike trail foran enjoyable bike ride. Maplebrook also makes commuting convenient for professionals. The pace bus service offers a quick ride for Maplebrook commuters to the Metra Train.
Maplebrook attracts home-buyers that are looking for an older established family-oriented neighborhood. Home construction in the Maplebrook area started in the late 60's to the late 70's. What is so unique about the homes in Maplebrook is the variation of styles with a mix of Traditional, Split Level, and Colonial Homes.
