I just received in the mail, a note from one of my Southern Oregon, specifically Talent Oregon, first time home buyers! She had originally contacted me to see if she might be able to rent one of my listings. The more we spoke, we quickly realized she might be a great candidate for owning her first home. Her note made my day.
