4907 46th Street NW:  First Open House Sunday from 1 to 4

This American University Park home is a classic Washington brick colonial.  It has four levels of living space, and a detached office or play space in the beautifully landscaped back yard.

There are 4 bedrooms and 3 1/4907 46th Street NW baths, and the kitchen and baths have been fully renovated.

It has beautiful hardwood floors, and there's a wood-burning fireplace in the living room.

This home is located in American University Park, one of Washington's favorite neighborhoods, and it's an easy walk to Metro!

And it is very well priced at $939,000

Check out the Virtual Tour, and please stop by on Sunday!  If you can't make it on Sunday, you can call to make arrangements to see it at another time.

Very fine home. The backyard cottage or servants quarter looks like an early American structure retained for it's historical value. Hopes for much success with the open house.

Fabulous kitchen Pat. Good luck at the open house. Mother's Day open houses don't do so well around here but, no rest for the wicked real estate agent!

I'm actually surprised at how many folks are working on Mother's Day.  That's just not right!  I hope you have a lot of visitors, it will be super slow here.  Nobody here is big on working on any kind of holiday.

What a great thing for mothers in DC to do on Mother's Day, Pat, and what a gorgeous DC home for sale you've got there!  I know your clients love you marketing their home for them--beautiful presentation.

Best of luck for a quick sale!

Pat - a bit late getting to this but wishing you the best of luck. What a neat house...and the AU area is so cool from what I recall. Love the tulips on your home page.
