Now we are not saying that this doesn't happen. Because of course, it does. But for OUR buyers... We work for free! **
Now to help you understand what we mean let us first explain to you how the transaction works from a buyers perspective. You, "the buyer" decide to work with us, "The agent" to find your perfect home.
Now this we can do!!!!
We visit homes and find the perfect match. You put in an offer and bada bing... it's yours!
So what's in it for us??? Well, not only the satisfaction of seeing the joy in our buyers (and sellers for that matter) faces... which is certainly our most favorite thing.. we are paid a fee (this can vary) through the Listing Brokerage and the Seller(s) by acting as the Co-operating Brokerage in the transaction.
We are paid nothing else over and above for our services unless otherwise stated. Leaving your decision to purchase a home cheaper then you think!!
And this is not the only perk of having us represent you! We offer other exciting incentives to our buyers and sellers as well.
