Friends of mine invited me out to The Swallow at the Hollow in Roswell this Friday night. Unfortunately, I have family visiting from out of state Friday night and cannot enjoy the food and entertainment. Thought I would pass along something that you all may want to do this weekend in Roswell.
If you like barbeque and country music, you should check this place out! I'm not a huge barbeque fan nor country music fan but sometimes it's quite entertaining to do something out of the ordinary to see just what else is going on in Roswell!

This Friday and Saturday night (Aug 3-4) their entertainment is from The Redneck Yacht club with Sherrie Ausin as guest. Again - due to not being a country music listener, not making a recommendation but simply a suggestion of something different to do this weekend - so you may want to check them out!
