During the month of April, 2010 there were 25 new residential listings in and around the Black Hawk and Piedmont area compared to 37 last month. The total # of homes for sale is 127 compared to 111 last month. 16 homes have sold or are under contract compared to 10 last month. Avg. price of a single family home in the Black Hills is $162,825, down from $188,608 last month, with an average of 84 days on the market which is down from 104 days last month. Sellers have been receiving 97.10% of their asking price which is up from 96.70% last month.
