Brea Single Family Homes for April 2010:

  • 71 re-sale homes were for sale,as compared to 65/7/61/52/61/53/50/59/56/67/81/65/94/ respectively for the past few months.   
  • 25 pending sales & back-ups, compared to 21/28/42/33/20/23/18/15/24/20/16 in prior months.  
  • 27  homes closed in April as compared to 28/19/19/17/29/33/23/20/22/15/24/29 respectively in the prior 12 months. 
  • Average selling price in Brea was $487,000 for 1843 square feet, @227 (down 10% from last month)per square foot.
  • Average days on the market was 72 as compared to 82/83/50/76/47/77/56 & 78 in past seven months. 
  • 10 condos were for sale in Brea, compared to 12/12/16/7/7/12/13/10/10/14/16/14 for prior 12 months. 
  • 11 pending sales/back-ups went into escrow, compared to 2/1/3/4/12/4/8/4/6/3/3 in prior months. 
  • Only 2 condos closed  escrow  compared to 4/3/5/3/4/3/6/2/1/2/6 respectively in preceding months.
  • Average closed condo prices was $367,000 an average marketing time of 66 days on the market and average closing of $241.85 square foot.
