Aliki condo for sale in daytona beach fl

Realtors! Do you post your listings on CraigsList.com? We just got CraigsList in the Daytona Beach area few months ago. So about 3 weeks ago, I posted one of my listings there. Within a couple of days, I got a call on this listing. This buyer was very anxious to see the listing I have for this oceanfront condo in Daytona Beach.

So the buyer came into town on Monday and viewed the condo. Yesterday he made aninterior of daytona beach condo for sale offer, and today the seller accepted his offer.

For obvious reasons, I have now posted ALL my real estate listings for Daytona Beach, Port Orange, Ormond Beach and New Smyrna  on CraigsList! (These are the cities were I currently have listings)

CraigsList may be an old-school system, but it's free, and it works!

If you're a buyer, and you'd like to  make a move to the Daytona Beach area, I'd love to help. Visit my web site today. I have some great listings for sale.

I have had good results with CL.  You can open up a free account and keep track of your listings easily by logging in.  Click on the little "my account" button on the upper left side of the screen and follow the instructions.  It's super easy to repost listings and edit prices, descriptions, etc.

Congrats on the sale, but I wouldn't be ready to assume that all my listings will sell within the next week... Some of ours are there, but we haven't yet confirmed a sale.

I have not received any lead from Craigs list yet. I have one question, are we allowed to ask for referral at the end of the post or in the signature. ? I have seen many do it. I had done that once when i started and someone called me and said it is considered spam and that when we post our contact information is automativcally posted. But the I read a few posts that say for search engines and localism we should have a call to action.

Hi Lisa

I love Craigslist. Whenever I post I can see click throughs to my web site about 6 or 7 a day until the ad gets to far down the list. You can install a link to your personal web site just by adding the http:// thing.

Lisa, I first learned about Craigslist a couple of years ago from a client.  He kept coming to me saying I want to see such and such house that I saw on Craigslist.  I had no idea what Craigslist was so I checked it out.  Now, I post all of my listings on Craigslist, using Vflyer to make it stand out from the pure text listings.  When I tell my clients that their home will be on Craigslist, they say thank you and say that they were going to ask about that.  Also, when I've held open houses, more people come from the Craigslist ad than from any newspaper advertisement.

Craigslist is a great public resource.  One of our broker clients hired a new admin person that contacted him from Craigslist after just a couple of days on the site.  He had previously tried tradition media for several weeks.

Kimberly- They drop down the list pretty fast. I haven't tried it, but I think you can make minor changes, and have it pop back up to the top.

Sally- That's good to know!

Tracy- I noticed that. I had to save the page though, in order to log in that way. It's hard to get back to that point if you don't save it to your favorites.

Joe- Of course I wouldn't assume that. But at least I know it works. And anything that's free and proven is a good thing!

Brian- I'll have to keep the Vflyers in mind.

Renee- Thanks!

BHG- Thanks!

Larry- I've heard a lot of great success stories about different products. That's the first I've heard about an employee. That's good to know.

Lisa -

I am so happy for you with your success on CraigsList!  I also post to Craigslist however, as some of the others have said, I also have yet to receive a call.  I still post and will continue to do so.  It is a very popular public site.

All the best to you,

Joy

Shira & Joy- Give it time. With all the people who ask about it, we know lots of people are looking there. Just keep tweaking your listings so they come back up to the top of the list.

Lisa,

What do you mean by "CraigsList may be an old-school system"? Just because it looks this way?  I think that the looks are deceiving. The computer genius, who first showed me Craig's List long ago, told me that this was done on purpose, the guys could have put all conceivable bells and whistles, but they wanted it to be just Craig's list. This look is it's signature.

He also warned me that before doing anything on Craig's List we first needed to read the prosts and get the feel of them if we did not want to be blatantly rejected.

Of course, we have our own agenda, but respecting the media format and adjust to their module would not harm.

We did not work with listings for sale yet, but were doing pretty well with rentals.

Did you every try eBay? I am curious about it, but never tried.

Jon- By old school, I mean the way you're unable to customize a search, and the DOS feel. And no, I haven't tried eBay for real estate. I buy just about everything else there though.

DOS feel, that's well said. However that's how they wanted it. This is their way to be different, and they have succeeded.
