The past 20 months have shaken our country and industry. It is more important now than ever for Real Estate professionals to present the facts and navigate our clients through this new era of Real Estate.
Thankfully we have the tools and the expertise to provide our clients with the information they need. In the recent months I have had, at one point or another, clients have asked me what they should do about their giving situation. As we all know we have a fiduciary right to honest and good dealings with our clients.
I have in each of these situations armed my clients with the various statistics and scenarios that might happen and watched in wonder as they have made difficult decisions with the information they needed.
