John - interesting how your market differs from ours here in southern Florida. We have a lack of quality listings in the sub $300,000 price ranges and a plethora of opportunities in the $500,000+.
John - Wow you have a lot of distressed properties in the lower price range. About 1/3 of our sales are distressed properties.
