My friend Terry Seaman from First Place Bank informed me about another exciting opportunity for Cleveland first time home buyers. It's money from American Dream Funds.
Here is how Terry outlined the eligibility guidelines:
- First time home buyers. Not in title for last three years.
- Minority home buyers
- African Americans
- Hispanic
- Asian Americans
3. Maximum loan amount $150,000
4. Qualifying income is $54,000 or less
5. Location requirement - Cuyahoga county or Lorain County
6. Owner occupied only. Single family home or single condo unit in warrantable condo project.
