What is great about this market right now is seeing how much new construction that is taking place. We received 5 construction to perm financing calls this last week totaling $2,000,000. The disappointing news is that new construction is not getting the positive media coverage it deserves. This beautiful lot on Lake Minnewashta is a golden opportunity. Good luck
