After 11 years of practice and doing what all the pros tell you, I have finally found the way to gain more referrals and keeping our name at "TOP OF MIND" with clients.

I present them with two bottles of Monavie at closing with a lot of literature about the product and some amazing results others are having by drinking this wellness product. This is hysterical....my buddy preaches this stuff....swears by it....never really thought of this as a client gift....too funny.  I'm seing him in a few hours....i'll bug him some more about it.

If you haven't had the Monavie experience yet ask your friend how you can get a bottle, try it and I'm sure you'll find what a lot of other people are discovering. Most of us do not get our 6-8 recommended servings of fruit everyday or if we do it's normally something that most of the antioxidant value is greatly reduced or it has been sprayed with pesticides.

The closing gift idea was given to me by a Realtor out of Orlando Florida who has seen his referral business increase over 60% practicing the same technique.

Never heard of the stuff.  I don't know if I would want to push something that I never tried so I guess I would have to try it first.  My usual closing gifts are a painted mailbox (which the buyer sees every day) and a water color of the house for the seller to hang at their new home.  I have had great responses with these.  I don't know what monavie costs but will check it out.  Maybe I can give them both!

I've never heard of Monavie before and you make me want to find out more. If it really has these amazing qualities, it would seem like a great client gift. I personally would not go so far as to bring up distributorship of this product with my clients, though. I just don't think it's a good idea to mix my real estate business with any other sales product.

Prior to doing our "pop by" we know what results they are having. Most are so excited by reducing joint pain, having more energy, and sleeping better to name a few of their results, they are requesting how they can get more Monavie. They then call friends and relatives and tell them about their results and Monavie. When the person they call asks where did you get it from, guess what they say? From my Realtor. So we don't bring anything up about being a distributor. Some do, Some don't but most just order Monavie from our retail site. http://www.mymonavie.com/fjh

It's 1 PM central time and my phone just rang with the mother of a past client who wants to look at a $275,000 attached villa. She was talking to her daughter this morning and mentioned she wanted to drive over and look at a new attached villa they had just completed and was going to be open this afternoon. Her daughter bought a house from us two years ago, but because she has been sampling Monavie my name popped out of her mouth as soon as her mother mentioned she was going over to look.

My phone rang at 7:30 this morning. It was one of my past clients who is now drinking Monavie. Her friend was thinking of buying a property she could turn into a bed and breakfast. She asked me to call her right away because she had seen a property on line that peeked her interest. So I got up poured myself a cup of coffee and called. To my amazement her friend was looking at a property on the market for 1,200,000, yes I said a million two!!! In 12 years I've had my share of tire kickers, so in my early grumpy voice I asked if she was positioned to purchase a property of that caliber. I was further amazed when she said she had just completed a transaction last week on a 2,000,000 dollar piece of property she owned somewhere in North Carolina. Well I'm awake now!!! I asked when she would like to visit the property, we meet at 2PM, she tendered an offer for $985,000 with $10,000 in earnest money. I'll let you know how it turns out.  Monavie gets me another one. The very best source of referrals I've found!!!!!

That really is a unique gift and referral idea. We know that there are tons of closing gift ideas, but most of them are pretty much the same old stuff. This sure is different. That health benefit makes it different. I guess I have to try it first and then perhaps give it a tryout. Thanks for the tip.
