Sierra Heights Riverside, CA

Sierra Heights is a development of new homes in the southwestern part of Riverside, California in zip code 92503. It is just off La Sierra Avenue south of the 91 freeway. Turn left off La Sierra at McAllister Parkway. The builder is Standard Pacific. (I would like to note here that I do not work for nor am I associated with Standard Pacific.) When completed there were will be 103 single family homes in Sierra Heights. It is the sister community to Sierra Bella (Lennar Homes).

The home sizes range from 3,138 sq feet up to 4,314 sq ft approximately with the minimum lot size of 15,000 sq ft - but averaging over 20,000 sq ft. There are no mello roos taxes here and the tax rate for this development is about 1.2%. There are HOA fees of approximately $265 per month that will start in January 2011. There is a new community park with a tot-lot, shade structures, picnic tables, and a basketball court.  

Some of the standard features included in these lovely Sierra Heights - Riverside CA homes include: granite slab countertops in kitchen,upgraded KitchenAid appliances, large wood-burning fireplace in family room with gas stub, maple raised-panel cabinetry (I really like raised panel cabinets so this is a very nice feature to me) throughout except laundry, nine foot ceilings throughout, six foot oversized jetted tub and oversized shower in master, and more.

Sierra Heights is located within the Riverside Unified School District. 

There are four different home plans ranging in price (as of May 2010) from about $455,000 to $530,000.  There are four beautiful model homes at Sierra Heights for you to look at.  The Sierra Heights models are located at 12666 Sierra Creek Drive, Riverside CA.
