Colorado is on the Top 10 List of Great Places to Move to.  There is a 56% inbound rate, with Denver being a top final destination.  S&P/Case-Shiller Home Price Index states that Colorado showed an increase in home prices in the period from December 2009 to December 2009.  The Full Top 10 List is:
