Medical Facility Construction to Perm Financing
Guidelines / Qualifications:
• Medical, Dental or Veterinary Facility Financing
• Loan amounts from $500k to $2 Million USD
• Available nationwide (USA)
• 25 year loan with 25 year amortization
• Loan amount not to exceed 80% of Market Value
• Loan to cost not to exceed 80% of total costs
• Lender will take first lien position on property
• This is a full recourse loan.
• Borrower is responsible for all costs to get from preliminary review to the closing.
