Activity is still steady on the Kauai REO front. I have Koloa Gardens #12 as my newest assignment. Koloa Gardens #6 should be coming on the market soon with another broker. These are 2 bedroom units. Short sales are slowing down the tide of foreclosures but Bank of America still seems to have the most inventory of foreclosures on Kauai. The foreclosure sales are usually held at noon at the courthouse steps in Lihue.
