Over the weekend I was driving to one of our fabulous Lennar Communities in Rockford, Minnesota. A route that I had taken just a few days before appeared different to me for some reason. As I drove, 'For Sale' signs in front yards of homes that I hadn't seen earlier that week began to appear. As I noticed the signs, I also became aware of SOLD signs on many properties that were new to the landscape.
SOLD - a four letter word that is music to our ears! I couldn't help but smile as I noticed several new SOLD signs on my drive. Way to go Twin Cities! Let's keep homes moving!
It lead me to wonder what is to come of the market, especially after the expiration for the tax credit. We can't help but wonder of what's next. The Minneapolis Area Association of Realtors' weekly market activity report shows soem encouraging figures. Click the link below to check it out!
