Managing Real Estate Broker with Windermere Real Estate Gig Harbor

Gig Harbor, WA (May 5, 2010) – The Central Texas Commercial Association of Realtors® (CTCAR) has launched its commercial information exchange (CIE) www.ctcarx.com powered by ePropertyData, the leader in commercial information exchange technology. With the new CIE, members of CTCAR automatically gain additional marketing of their properties on CommercialSource.com, the national commercial real estate listing platform and marketplace operated by ePropertyData on behalf of NAR.

“ePropertyData’s in-depth knowledge of the industry coupled with its NAR ownership is invaluable. Our experience has been positive in that ePropertyData has provided an unmatchable level of support with custom tools to address the unique needs of our membership,” said CIE Chair Cathy Coneway, Stanberry Commercial.

CTCAR’s 400 plus members now have an active commercial information system that is simple to use in gathering, manipulating and disseminating commercial real estate information according to their specific needs. Since the April 1 launch of CTCAR’s CIE, over 1,500 active commercial listings have been added to the system.

“Clients who proactively choose to develop and introduce commercial information exchanges using ePropertyData’s technology continue to report increases in new members, member retention and member satisfaction,” said Connie Capone, CEO of ePropertyData.
