Great chart....we have someone talking to us now that has paid up front...lowered the price a healthy 5 figures and is still sitting and should not be ....full service, full time , every time !
Wouldn't the full price transaction be 6% plus the 3.4% off list for a total of 9.4%?
Mel that works out. but with the minimum service broker it would be 7.7% plus 3% for a cost of 10.7 and the upfront fee.
It looks like the figures were wrong and i corrected.
