Staging - the Basics

By
Real Estate Agent with Long & Foster Real Estate, Inc.

Amazes me, what a difference several well-placed large framed pictures, along with carpets on hastaging artworkrdwood floors, will do for an empty house.  Brings the eyes around to notice features of the home, lets potential buyers stop and enjoy the space before moving on to the next room.  There is a huge difference between an empty home and this --  And it much improves the saleability of a home, both in real life and in the photos on the internet, where more than 80% of buyers begin their home search.

One of the features a good Realtor can bring to the table --  helping potential buyers recognize and appreciate the attributes of your home!

Best regards, Gretchen
