Homeowner Files Complaint Against Squatters
I wanted to give you an update to the post I wrote yesterday about the squatters in Madison, WI.
Today the homeowner has filed a complaint with the police of Madison for trespassing.
This home is almost at the end of the foreclosure process and within days will be owned by
Bank of America. Apparently, the neighbors have also made the city aware of potential mold in the
home and the city inspector is also trying to gain access to inspect.
The single parent and her children (squatters) living there have a history of eviction and have
