Really...
OK. Maybe it didn't change my life per se, but it did change the way I participate on ActiveRain; and since active rain is something I dedicate a sizable chuck of my time towards lately, my title is technically correct.
Subscribing to blogs has enhanced my Active Rain experience in so many ways, but i thought I would list the top three for your convenience.
1. I get pertinant information daily from localities that I would not get information from normally. When I put the pieces of information together, it paints a broader picture that I don't get reading the national news.
2. I get to read extremely well written articles that make me laugh, frown and everything in between. I still read artcles from the diferent groups to which I belong, but subscribing to the writers I enjoy provides me with a constant stream of well-thought-out and entertaining information.
3. I build relationships and network. After commenting on the same person's blog over time, she gets to know me and we interact. This doesn't happen by simply readingfeatured or group blogs posts.
