What's new on the market in Laguna? Don't Miss The Charm House Tour This Weekend!

If you're going to be in the area this weekend, don't miss the 38th Annual Charm House Tour - this years tour will focus on five central-village homes, some of which are beach cottages with historical ties to noted locals.

I had a very interesting Broker Preview today. Thought I'd share a couple of my favorite new listings with you.  I'm in love with the Enchanged Cottage, a French Normandy home designed by Charles Agas incorporating a 13th Century floor plan in the Woods Cove area, listed for $2,300,000.  If you're looking for a getaway home and enjoy the outdoors and rose gardens, as well as proximity to one of the more private beach coves in Laguna, this is a charming place for you.

On the other hand, if extravagance and unobstructed oceanviews, a pool, jacuzzi and abundant terraces, balconies and decks more suit your fancy, this 5 bedroom, 5 bath, 7200sq' home has all the amenities and upgrades you could imagine and is on the market for $6,999,000. Some of the outstanding features include the 500 gallon salt water aquarium, sauna, elevator, theater, etc.

For an outstanding panoramic canyon and Saddleback mountain view that borders the Aliso Woods Wilderness Park, there is an affordable single level home with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, recently remodeled on the market for only $1,198,000 and priced to sell!

Lastly, if you are looking more for investment property, there is a 7 unit income property located in desirable North Laguna close to shops, restaurants, beaches and Heisler Park - a high rental demand area.  If interested you can contact me for more details. On the market for $2,495,000.

So again, there's something for everyone! If you want more info on what's available in Laguna Beach or any of the surrounding towns that meet your specific needs, I'd love to hear from you! Call me!

I grew up, partially, in Newport Beach and would live in Laguna if the finances spoke encouragingly.  The beach, the cliffs, the restaurants, the Greeter (now a statue), the art galleries, the Pageant of the Masters, the Date Shake Shack (nearby!), the people....Laguna has it all, even a good mud slide once in a while. WOW!

Cynthia, I can't afford more than an annual visit so how's about some pictures of your magnificent homes.  That would give me a very cheap thrill, every time you post!
