Parkridge at Viewpoint North is the smallest of the Viewpoint communities. There are 91 properties with two vacant lots remaining. This community is gated and also encompasses a very pretty park. The homes are lovely and many back to open space with wonderful mountain views.
North of The Viewpoint is Poquito Valley. This is a rural community with sensible covenants, conditions and restrictions. There are 2-acre minimums here, individual wells and septics, regular telephone service in some areas. Most of the side roads off the main road into the community are dirt. The community allows horses and there are panoramic views of the surrounding mountain ranges. The main road, Poquito Valley Road, was recently paved. The total amount of easements necessary for the construction of Poquito Valley Road was 80. Of those 80 easements, 19 have been purchased. Immediate possission has been obtained on all remaining parcels. Yavapai County Public Works has provided information on the County website for assistance.
