It has a lovely clubhouse with indoor swimming pool ,exercise room,card room,and lots of activities. It also has an outdoor swimming pool.

I looked up the mls this morning to see the real estate activity in 2010.This is what I found.:

There are 5 active listings. The lowest price is $272,500.

The highest price is $469,900. These 5 homes have been marketed for  an average of 59 days.

There are 2 homes under contract ,pending settlement.One was listed for $284,900 and the other for $409,000

One home sold in 2010.It was listed for $299,900 and sold for full price in 5 days.
