Thanks to Greenville, NC being the host to Pitt County Memorial Hospital, East Carolina University, DSM pharmaceuticals, and our other corporations in Industrial Park; we have been extraordinarily lucky in this economy. Greenville, NC is one of the few cities that you can drive around and see continual growth taking place! From the May 11th issue of The Daily Reflector, “Greenville, NC saw an increase from 107 single-family residence building permits issued in the first four months of 2009 to 172 permits issued in the first four months of 2010”.
