Any negative fallout from the bad press your state is getting... rising crime rate, the new illegal immigrant law?  It's a shame you guys are going through it.  One of the nicest places I've been with some of the nicest people on the planet are in the Phoenix area.  Hang in there!  How are you positioning the issues with out of state buyers?
