Are you staying positive in this market? I don't see much of it here.
Geeze people, all I am reading here is doom and gloom. If you feel you have to write about this, then you are not going to do well.
A POSITIVE ATTITUDE EXUDES....when you project that to your customers! If you are down about the market and you express that to your customers...you lose!
The agents who are still selling in this market are the ones who have a positive attitude. Have solutions to what you want as a buyer.
If you have a negative agent, get rid of them and find one who is willing to work with you and find you what you want....
