What Makes Lake Livingston Texas Very Different?

By
Real Estate Broker/Owner with Brooks Prime Properties Wichita Falls Texas

It is you know. It is very, very different. I have visited and I do sell other lake areas. But, Lake Livingston is so very unique. It is still one of the undiscovered gems in Texas' diamond ring. Sure, Texas has many a large body of water spackled throughout our Giant state.

But, what makes Lake Livingston different? So many aspects are unique. Our tall towering Pine trees are fantastic but if you don't care for the Pine...what do you have if you cut down the Pines? Gorgeous hardwood trees with a spackling of flowering trees that even the hardest of heart could never cut down. We have Dogwoods. Red buds, Wisteria, Cone Flowers and so much more.Milky Way

Our homesteads are not a rocks throw away from the next house. In fact, if you turn out your lights at night you can view the Milky Way and all the constellations as if you were in the Hill Country.

Neighbors are friendly and always ready to help. On the 4th of July you will see that the waters are still calm and blue and uncrowded. You will see many an eclectic homestead that may have been set up in the 1960's but there is still a family visiting it on the weekends to retreat to the magnificent area and just come to nature.

Ever been to a place where time slows down?

This is it.

Come to Lake Livingston.

You will be glad you did.

I will show you the most wonderful rural getaway there is...

Deb, I would like Lake Livingston on the 4th of July.  I won't even go to Lake Conroe that day as it is a zoo on the water.

Hi Deb...You think Lake Livingston is different because you love it.  You love it because you know it's special.  Once you discover a great spot it's wonderful to share it with others.  Some happy buyers will learn how special it is and make it their lake too.  Hope they work with you.

There are a couple places like that for our family that we go camping at and like you said, time just seems to slow down.

Neat picture of the Milky Way. Too bad that most areas are now being destroyed by light pollution...

Thanks for introducing me to Lake Livingston. That would have been a great place to head to as I wandered the USA in my yester-year life.
