Received my second pre-approved HAFA short sale client from Bank of America.
I am going to tract this one close and see if I can get it completed in less than 30 days.
Keep checking my blog to tract it. I expect it will run a full 30 days unless I find a cash buyer.
Screening the buyer's will now be more important as we can now treat short sales more like standard
sales when they are pre-approved short sales.
HAFA is going to be a major game changer for the better here in our real estate market.
My market area is the Temecula & Murrieta (Riverside CA.) and we have many homeowners who need to short sale their homes and this program will help them with relocation funds of up to $3,000.00
