Welcome to the Residential Waterfront Community of "Jacaranda Lakes" located in the Central vicinity in the City of Plantation. This Community is located between Nobhill Road and Pine Island Road just south of Sunrise Boulevard.

Homes in this Community were built in phases between 1978 and 1995.  There is a total of 1036 Single Family Homes in this neighborhood with many cul-de-sacs and winding roads.  There is a total of 8 separate entrances into Jacaranda Lakes and several Lakes and large canals so many Homes are waterfront about 65% total.

Here in this community most of the homes are single story with a small handful of two story homes.  Many of the homes have a private pool and every home has at least a two car garage and some homes have a three car garage.  There is a small section of approximately 50 Homes which are gated called the "Enclave of Jacaranda".

There is a mandatory Homeowner's Association and the dues are approximately $350.00 to $450.00 for the year.  Neighborhood amenities include a Wonderful Children's Playground, two Tennis Courts and a very nice jogging/walking trail with several exercise stations along the way.  Jacaranda Lakes also has their own website.

There are many wonderful Parks close by such as "Central Park" and "Sunset Park" is just a short distance away.   Children can attend the following public schools of Central Park Elementary, Plantation Middle and Plantation High School.
