Maui Hawaii South Shore Condo Newsletter - May 2010
I'm seeing a downturn of new condo inventory coming on the market. Is this because sellers who aren't really serious are waiting to list their properties? That will mean a higher percentage of what's for sale will be in the distressed category. From the past month's 74 new listings, about one third of them are either bank owned or potential short sales. Since so many buyers are still looking for that super deal, this month I'm featuring the bank owned new listings. All of these are currently showing as active and ready for a quick sale.
