Visiting Sun City Grand Active Adult Golf Course Community for the first time some 9 years ago heading for the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport I told my wife this is where I want to live. There was one stipulation  and that was the community had to be as beautiful and pristine on the day we were ready to move here as the day we drove out of Sun City Grand some 9 years ago. May 2008 deciding it was time we headed for Surprise Arizona Sun City Grand to look over the community and see what homes were for sale. The community was and is still as beautiful and well maintained to this day.
