Ever Feel Like You Are Being Followed?

So, have you ever had that feeling?

Well, lately I have.  Just yesterday, in my last inspection of the day, I am sweeping the house with my IR camera and guess who shows up?

Remember the Virginia ghost from a previous post?  Well, he showed up again.

This is an area famous for Mosby's Ghosts, literally my back yard.  I drive up and down his trails every day.  He was quite the character, full of derring-do.

So I have decided to call my friend "Mosby."  He seems friendly enough.

At least this time he waved at me...

Maybe he will appear again.

This time he wasn't in a window Cindy, but a framed picture!  What's next?  Come to think of it, the porch ceiling was not painted light blue!

Wow that's creepy.. and interesting! 

It makes me laugh when my clients make me go into the dark basement first for these reasons... (as if I were going to let them go first anyway!) 

I don't know what I would do if I ever saw something like that!  In some areas where I show properties I'm more worried about WHO, not what, could be living in those basements!

Vienna - did you see my post on why we paint our ceilings light blue in Virginia?  That's the first time this guy showed up!

Charlie - I don't know.  He seems like a stable, likable fellow.  He hasn't made any tables rise and spin yet.

I just read your post about blue ceilings... I never heard of that, but I'll definitely keep it in mind!  I don't have a porch.. but I will recommend it to my buyers!

We haven't whispered yet, Jay.  But at least this time he waved!

S&D - maybe he can tell me the house's secrets to that my report becomes something really special.  People might think I have some out-of-body ability to perceive house problems!
