It took some counteroffers and penny pinching by all parties, but we got an approval in 35 days from submission date on my short sale listing in the Sterling Meadows subdivision, near Salmon Creek in Vancouver, WA! I hear a lot of groveling about how slow they are, but I have had nothing but great success with the Bank of America Loss Mitigation Department through Equator. Now lets hope the inspection goes well. Will be adding this to the website, and looking forward to the next one!
Congrats!!! I got an approval from Wells Fargo on one of my short sales in just under 30 days and was so happy. The person I dealt with at Wells was just wonderful!!! Glad to hear B of A did a quick one, I had heard to run far from B of A's. Good luck to ya!!!
Congratulations, well done. I am having simular success with BOA but not with Wells Fargo. I guess you really have to be assigned a negotiator who knows what they are doing.
