Narragansett, RI is the destination for many people from all over the country who choose to enjoy the spectacular real estate as well as it's most famous Narragansett Beach.  It's the 'flavor of life ' here that makes it such an awesome place to live - whether it's the surrounding homes, incredible amount of coastline enjoyed by all in this seaside town, warmth of the locals or just plain ambiance.  Even as a realtor it is one of my all time favorite places to sell real estate to clients because I've lived & breathed Narragansett, RI 02882 for many years.  Narragansett real estate is seaside, country, suburban & home town like- it feels local & that's part of the allure to buyers.  Truly there is nothing like Narragansett beach in the Northeast for good swimming, surfing, bogie boarding & just people watching.

In case you didn't know Narragansett RI rivaled Newport RI at the turn of the century for the rich and famous to vacation and live.  It  was the opulent life style that afforded 19 luxury hotels to be built in this tiny town.  Narragansett Towers and Narragansett Casino   were at the heart of Narragansett Pier and all the social activity of the day happened here.

So come early in the morning to get your beach spot or parking place because the parking lots fill up quickly.  If you choose to cruise Ocean Road to enjoy the sites and splendiferous homes along the coast it's worth the day's drive.  And if perchance a vacation home appeals to you as you take in this beachy town (low real estate taxes too) give me a call and we'll see if we can make a Narragansett Beach dream house happen for you.
